Pasadena Juvenile Court is located at 300 E. Walnut Street, Pasadena, CA 91101. There are two bench officers that handle delinquency matters at the Pasadena Juvenile Court. They are as follows:

Judge Robin Miller Sloan, Department 270. Judge Sloan graduated from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento in 1986. She worked as a Los Angeles Deputy City Attorney from 1988 thru 1991 and as a Deputy Attorney General from 1991 thru 2003. She worked in the criminal division handling writs, appeals and trials, and also in the correctional law section. She also worked in the civil division of the health, education and welfare section. She was appointed by Governor Gray Davis to the Los Angeles Superior Court in 2003. She is married to her husband Michael Sloan, a insurance defense lawyer with the law firm of Malmquist, Fields & Camastra. Judge Sloan worked for many years at the Citrus Court in West Covina prior to coming to Eastlake Juvenile Court. Her father was a judge and her grandfather was a judge and prominent civil rights lawyer who filed a brief in the famous United States Supreme Court desgregation case of Brown vs. Board of Education case. She is 52 years of age in 2013. Judge Sloan comes to the Pasadena Juvenile Court having previously served at the Eastlake Juvenile Court in Department 202. She takes over the courtrooom previously held by Judge Phillip Soto.

Pasadena Juvenile Court Commissioner Robert Leventer in Department 271. Commissioner Leventer graduated from the University of Michigan in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and from the People's College of the Law in 1979. He served as Staff Attorney for the Western Center for Law and the Handicapped from 1979-1980. He served as Staff Attorney for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles from 1980 - 1982. He served as an associate with the law firm of Newman, Aaronson & Vanaman in Sherman Oaks from 1983 - 1986. he worked as a Dependency Attorney in the the Los Angeles Dependency Court from 1987 - 1988. and has been serving as a bench officer since 1991. He was appointed as a Juvenile Court Referee. He is 58 years old in 2013 and is a registered Democrat.
